How do I return an item?

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If a change or cancellation needs to be made to your order, please call 1-844-345-5050 or email us at info@actssupply.net immediately. We can not make any changes or cancellations to an order once it has entered the shipping process.  If a cancellation is made after the order is shipped and the customer refuses the shipment, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and fees plus a 25% restocking fee.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from receipt of order. We will refund the purchase price minus our shipping and handling costs and a 25% restocking fee. . You must email info@actssupply.net or call us at 1-844-345-5050 and receive a return authorization number prior to returning your order. Your order must be returned with the return authorization number and a copy of your receipt. Within 10 business days after the return is received, a refund will be issued to the account that you used to purchase the item. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to us. We are not responsible for non-delivery or damage during return shipping. All return items must be in perfect resalable condition and properly packaged to receive a refund. All downspouts and gutters are final sale items and can not be returned or refunded. All custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
